もっとも見てほしいのは病院です。この病院は、竹でできており、通気性がよくとても快適になっています。「well-being」というテーマなので、人と動物の病院が合体しています。この病院には、２階に食堂や広場があり、３階に待ち時間に遊べるドッグランや猫用のこたつエリア、他の動物の食事エリアなどを取り入れました。

病院で診察待ちの人が暇にならないように、ロボットが診察待ち席を周回するプログラミングを作りました。
また、病院や学校で上の階へ上る人が疲れないように、テレポートを使いました。
さらに、テレポートを使うことで、津波などの災害時にすぐに避難できるようにしました。
