水素発電で発電した電気を使用したカーボンニュートラルの世界を建物で表しています。
入口すぐの噴水で海、地下の緑の中の会議場を陸の緑として、建物全体で一つの地球を表現し、環境に調和された世界が伝わるように工夫しました。
また建物前の地下に水素発電でできた水の中で魚が泳ぐところを観察できる場所も作りました。
